Are You Getting Tired of Competition Dance Shows?

So You Think You Can Dance is now in full swing, and Dancing With the Stars is nearing its season end, but it looks like there won’t be any time of the year when you have to go without a dance competition show. It’s just been announced that Kathy Griffin has signed on to host Let’s Dance , where stars re-enact famous dance routines from pop culture. While it sounds kind of awesome, I feel overloaded with similar news, since Oxygen has just given its competition reality show Dance Your Ass Off

a new season . I love a good dance show (and good dance movie ), but I worry this may be too much of a good thing. Are we in competition dance show overload?
