Star Trek flies back to iTunes

Let’s hope iTunes will soon clear that up so purists can download the original episodes as they were meant to be watched.

Heed the signal and go download the series that started the phenomenon!

Trek fans rejoice! As reported by The Unofficial Apple Weblog (TUAW), TOS episodes were first offered to download in January but mysteriously disappeared in a black gap. After months of traveling through space and day, the boldly crew of the original Star Trek series has made its way back to us and episodes are back on iTunes.

Trekkies will be happy to know that episodes of Season 1 are offered in both original and enhanced formats.
