Yup, Kiefer Sutherland is going to jail

Well, it looks like celebrities don’t always get off with just a slap on the wrist (wait…that sounds rather dirty, but you know what I mean).

24 star Kiefer Sutherland is actually going to jail for 30 days, as part of his plea deal regarding a DUI arrest in Los Angeles in September. He was coming domestic from a FOX fall season party. He’s going to jail

for having a blood alcohol level by the limit, but the moment charge of DUI was dismissed (not certain what the difference is there).
